     Submit application by mail or by person in the office.

    Find the application at www.miamidade.gov/building > contractors > licensing >  applications are on the right side of the screen. Download the PERSONAL CERTIFICATION application.

What are the application fees?

    $315 Application fee

    $80 Non-Refundable Processing Fee

    Yes. Broward and Palm Beach.
